Terms & Conditions and Appointment Cancellation

• For Class 1 MELT, Class 1 E&E, and Class 3 training the applicant must hold valid Class 5 Advance License (non GDL)
• The applicant will have to obtain the written and medical exam, knowledge test, road test permit at their own expense where applicable.
• To obtain a Driver Education Course Completion certificate applicant must first pass the entry level program and achieve 100% in vehicle training.
• If fails to achieve 100% in in-vehicle training, additional training will be required with extra charges applied.
• During the in-vehicle electronic communication and all other devices are not allowed.
• Applicant must always wear proper PPE for any practical truck training.
• In order to cancel in-vehicle lessons student must give 24 hours prior notice otherwise will be charged $80 cancellation fee.
• If driving lessons has to be cancelled because of illness, doctors note is required, otherwise $80 cancellation fee will be charged.
• Advanced Car & Truck Training Inc. reserve the right to refuse the services if student misbehave, uses abusive language or under influence of any intoxication.
• If school has to cancel a lesson because of instructors illness, vehicle breakdown or bad weather conditions, every possible effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling driving lesson as soon as possible.
• Applicant must pay at least 50% of the course fee to start their training and must complete the entry program prior to starting the core program.
• Applicant must complete driving course within 12 months from the date of registration, fails to do so student must re-register and pay full applicable amount.

Refund Policy

• Applicants that chooses to cancel the training will be charged $100 administrative fee under the refund policy.
• If the applicant had taken no training, they will be refunded the full amount with $100 deduction of the administrative fee.
• If the applicant was in the process of training, they will be charged for the training they have already completed at the hourly rate plus the $100 administrative fee and the rest will be refunded.
• Airbrake course fee must be paid in full prior to the course start date and are non-refundable. If the applicant does not show up for the course, the fee will not be refunded.

• To obtain a Driver Education Course Completion certificate student must achieve 75% in vehicle training and 80% in classroom written test.
• If fails to achieve 75% in in-vehicle training , additional training will be required with extra charges applied.
• After failing classroom written test student can rewrite a test two times without any charges, if fails twice in classroom test student must go through complete classroom session and will be charged $150.
• Students must complete the classroom portion prior to starting in-vehicle training.

• If Driving lesson has to be cancelled because of illness, doctors note is required, otherwise $60 cancellation fee will be charged.
• In order to cancel in classroom session, student must notify school at least 24 hours before and will be rescheduled until next availability.
• In case of lost or misplaced Driver Education Course Completion certificate, duplicate copy can be requested for $30 applicable fee.
• Advanced Car & Truck Training Inc. reserve the right to refuse the services if student misbehave, uses abusive language or under influence of any intoxication.
• If school has to cancel a lesson because of instructors illness, vehicle breakdown or bad weather condition, every possible effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling driving lesson as soon as possible.
• All fees must be paid in advance.
• Student must complete driving course within 18 months from the date of registration, failing to do so student must re-register and pay full applicable amount.
